Spinach and Feta.
Don't know if it was tasty, as I don't like feta. But I will eat cute animals.
We ate in North Conway. Four different meats consumed that had never been previously consumed!
Venison = cold, a little spicy, but not bad.
Rabbit = tender, amazing flavor, consistency of very moist poultry.
Antelope = slightly tougher than steak, looks like pork, mild steaky flavor.
Escargot = chewy, buttery and oniony, fantastic.
